Andy: Hey everybody, Andy here, and I’m with student leader Emily. Emily, why don’t you tell everyone a little about yourself?
Emily: Hi everyone! My name’s Emily. I’m a sophomore business student, and I serve on the Outreach, Prayer, and Service Team.
Andy: Awesome. And how did you hear about Cornerstone?
Emily: I heard about Cornerstone last year. My roommate and close friend Eliza came back to our dorm after the involvement fair and said, “You’ve got to check this group out!” We were so excited. I remember DM’ing the Instagram, and then we just showed up to the first Wednesday night—and we’ve been coming ever since.
Andy: Yeah, they’ve been to every large group since. It’s been awesome. What has Cornerstone meant to you?
Emily: It’s meant a lot to me. It’s been a place where I’ve met so many amazing people, and I’ve grown so close to God and in my relationship with Him.
Andy: That’s awesome. And lastly, is there anything you’d like to say to my supporters and friends?
Emily: Yes! I want to say thank you so much. Your support means so much to Cornerstone, and we’re able to do so much—not only within Cornerstone but also in the Pittsburgh community. It’s amazing to see.
Andy: Yes, thank you all so much. There’s still plenty of time to give. You can click the link below or in my bio. Thank you, Emily, for being willing to do this—and thank you all again.
Emily: Thank you!

"Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever." – 1 Chronicles 16:34
I am so thankful for you all. For your hearts, your kindness, and your willingness to walk alongside us in this journey of ministry. Every prayer you have lifted, every word of encouragement you have shared, every moment you have chosen to believe in this work has been a gift more precious than we can express. Your faithfulness sustains more than me; it sustains the lives touched by this ministry and the hope it carries.
As we approach the end of the year, I am beginning a new financial campaign to replenish my ministry account. My goal is to raise $5,000. This is not just about resources; it is about the shared passion we have to see lives encouraged, hearts strengthened, and hope renewed. This campaign will run from now until the end of the year, and it is my prayer that it will be an opportunity for those who are looking for a meaningful way to honor Thanksgiving, celebrate Christmas, or mark my birthday with intention and love.
Giving is a beautiful act. It is not measured by the size of the gift but by the love and thoughtfulness behind it. When you give, you are not just supporting a ministry; you are planting seeds of hope that blossom in ways we may never fully see. Your generosity is a testament to your compassion, your faith, and your desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
I am thankful for you. Truly, deeply thankful. Your willingness to give blesses our lives, strengthens the ministry, and impacts the people we serve together. You are part of this journey in a way that is profound and eternal, and for that, we are endlessly grateful.
